摘要: 7000系铝合金因其密度低、强度高、加工性能好等特点被广泛应用于航空航天和交通运输等领域。作为高强度可热处理型铝合金,固溶和时效是铝合金热加工过程中的重要步骤,热处理引起的微观组织变化对合金性能有较大影响。综述了近年来7000系铝合金固溶时效过程中微观组织变化的研究现状,阐述了热处理的目的、热处理影响因素、微观组织的演变和典型析出相对铝合金性能的影响,最后对7000系铝合金微观组织相关研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: 7000 series aluminum alloys are widely used in industrial areas such as aerospace and transportation due to the low density, high strength and good processing performance. As a high-strength heat treatable aluminum alloy, solution treatment and aging are important steps in heat processing, the microstructural changes caused by heat treatment have a significant impact on the properties of alloys. The research status of change of microstructure of 7000 series aluminum alloy during solution treatment and aging in recent years was reviewed. The heat treatment purpose, the influencing factors of heat treatment and the microstructure evolution, as well as the influence of typical precipitation on properties of aluminum alloys were described. Finally, prospects were made for the research directions related to the microstructure of 7000 series aluminum alloys.
