    A special automatic equipment for input shaft coating with anti-carburizing paint was designed and developed with good reliability, controllability, reproducibility, repeatability, safety and repairability. And a complete coating process was developed. After repeated verification, it meets the technical requirements of the anti-carburizing range and has good performance for reproducibility.

    An on-line calibration device was designed to calibrate the temperature uniformity, axial temperature field, radial temperature field and temperature stability of the autoclave, the size of the effective heating area of the autoclave was determined, the source of the measurement result uncertainty of the temperature uniformity of the autoclave was analyzed, and the uncertainty evaluation method was determined. The reliability of the calibration results was verified by comparison with several laboratories. The results show that the calibration tooling used is reasonable and practical, which fundamentally solves the problem of high-pressure high temperature on-line calibration. The comparison results of several laboratories are satisfactory and meet the production needs.

    Automatic material equipment plays an important role in preventing mixing, reducing labor intensity, ensuring the quality of heat treatment and improving the degree of heat treatment automation. The characteristics, application conditions and practical application effects of automatic material equipment such as material conveying equipment, material storage equipment and material layout and collection equipment are introduced. It can provide assistance to heat treatment employee in the planning of heat treatment plants.

    In response to the problems of wide transition zone width and unclear cooling boundary in the workpiece treated by the existing jet type customized strength heat treatment selective cooling equipment, a contact type customized strength heat treatment selective cooling equipment has been developed through a series of experimental verification and structural optimization design. The results show that the equipment can significantly reduce the width of the transition zone (30 mm→10 mm) by conducting heat transfer through contact between the insert and the plate, with clear cooling boundaries, and can better meet the needs of special soft areas.
