摘要: 热处理是制造业中的关键环节,但传统生产方式存在自动化程度低、能耗高和环境污染等问题。智能制造技术的发展为热处理行业的转型升级提供了机遇。分析了热处理企业的智能化需求,并结合实际案例,介绍了多任务柔性热处理生产线、自动化立体仓库货位分配优化、基于机器视觉的工件自动抓取技术和自主移动AGV等智能化技术的应用案例。

Abstract: Heat treatment is a key link in the manufacturing industry, but traditional production methods face issues such as low levels of automation, high energy consumption, and environmental pollution. The development of smart manufacturing technology provides opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the heat treatment industry. Based on analysis of the intelligent needs of heat treatment enterprises and combining practical cases, several application achievements are introduced and discussed, such as multi-task flexible heat treatment production lines, automated warehouse space allocation optimization, machine vision-based workpiece automatic grasping technology, and autonomous mobile AGVs.
