球化退火对55Cr3弹簧钢淬火组织与性能的影响

Effect of spheroidizing annealing on quenching microstructure and properties of 55Cr3 spring steel

摘要: 对热轧态55Cr3弹簧圆钢进行了球化退火,研究了55Cr3钢热轧态与不同温度退火球化后的显微组织及其再经中频感应加热淬火后的组织与性能。结果表明,在中频感应加热温度为870~880 ℃、加热时间为10 s条件下,55Cr3钢670~790 ℃退火后的组织在快速的感应加热过程中奥氏体化不充分,导致淬火后的组织中存在未溶碳化物,硬度低于技术要求。通过提高中频感应加热温度至900~930 ℃或延长感应加热时间至20 s,可使其完全奥氏体化,淬火后获得全部马氏体组织,硬度满足技术要求。

Abstract: Spheroidizing annealing of hot-rolled 55Cr3 spring round steel was carried out, and the microstructure of the hot-rolled and different temperature spheroidization annealed steel was studied, as well as the microstructure and properties after intermediate frequency induction quenching. The results indicate that under the condition of intermediate frequency induction quenching at 870-880 ℃ for 10 s, the 55Cr3 steel annealed at 670-790 ℃ exhibitg insufficient austenitization in such the process of rapid induction heating, resulting in the remain of undissolved carbides after quenching and the hardness is lower than the technical requirements. By increasing the quenching temperature to 900-930 ℃ or extending the heating time to 20 s, austenitizing can be completely fulfilled and full martensite obtained after quneching, and the hardness meets the technical requirements.
