V-N微合金化CrSiMn系低合金铸钢中的析出行为

Precipitation behavior in V-N microalloyed CrSiMn low alloy cast steel

摘要: 利用JMatPro热力学模拟软件对V-N微合金化CrSiMn系低合金铸钢进行了计算,得到了不同V含量铸钢的平衡相组成,着重研究了平衡状态下各析出相的析出行为。结果表明,在加热过程中,V含量的增加将增大铁素体向奥氏体的转变阻力;V含量对微合金化渗碳体及M7C3型碳化物的析出行为影响不大;V含量对氮化物及碳氮化物的析出有较大影响,当V含量由0增加至0.18%(质量分数)时,氮化物及碳氮化物的初始析出温度由734.2 ℃提升至1133.93 ℃,最大析出量(质量分数)由0.07%提升至0.24%。

Abstract: V-N microalloyed CrSiMn low alloy cast steel was calculated by means of JMatPro software, the equilibrium phase composition of the cast steel with different V contents was obtained. The precipitation behavior of each precipitated phases in the microalloyed steel at equilibrium state was emphatically studied. The results show that during the heating process, the increase of V content promotes the phase transformation resistance of ferritic to austenite. The V content has little influence on precipitation behavior of cementite and M7C3. The content of V has a great influence on precipitation of nitrides and carbonides. When V content increases from 0 to 0.18% (mass fraction), the initial precipitation temperature of nitrides and carbonides increases from 734.2 ℃ to 1133.93 ℃, and the mass fraction of the maximum precipitation amount increases from 0.07% to 0.24%.
