脉冲磁场对7A04铝合金固溶工艺显微组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of pulsed magnetic field on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy under solution treatment

摘要: 通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、维氏硬度计、万能试验机,研究了脉冲磁场工艺参数对7A04铝合金固溶工艺下显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,脉冲磁场可促进S相的分解并加速其合金元素的扩散,从而得到饱和度更好的固溶体组织。经过脉冲磁场固溶处理60 min后,固溶态7A04铝合金的抗拉强度提升约96 MPa,显微硬度提升约20 HV5,伸长率下降了约0.9%。分析认为,脉冲磁场在7A04铝合金固溶处理过程中,通过降低溶质原子的扩散激活能而提高扩散系数,加速了固溶过程,从而缩短了固溶时间。

Abstract: Effect of pulsed magnetic field parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy under solution treatment was investigated by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, Vickers hardness tester and universal testing machine. The results show that the pulsed magnetic field can promote the decomposition of S phase and accelerate the diffusion of its alloying elements, so as to obtain the solid solution structure with better saturation. After pulsed magnetic field solution treatment of 60 min, the tensile strength of the solution treated 7A04 aluminum alloy is increased by about 96 MPa, the microhardness is increased by about 20 HV50, and the elongation is decreased by about 0.9%. In the process of solution treatment of 7A04 aluminum alloy, the pulsed magnetic field is increasing the diffusion coefficient by reducing the diffusion activation energy of solute atoms, the solution process is accelerated, so that the solution treatment time is shortened.
